If you’ve been looking for a home in North West Bakersfield, than you’ve undoubtedly heard of “Olive Park”. Personally, Olive Park is one of my favorite neighborhoods in North West Bakersfield, and having been in almost every model and floor plan in the neighborhood, I would consider myself to be somewhat of an expert in the area.
Although, it seems, everything in Bakersfield is moving fast right now. If you’re interested, at all, in an Olive Park home than you’d better move quickly. Homes in Olive Park tend to sell quickly (when priced correctly, of course).
