"Keeping It Country"...that has been the motto of Fairview, TX since it incorporated in 1958. Fairview is a small town north of Dallas nestled right between McKinney and Allen. And up until about five-six years ago, the City of Fairview had an ordinance that required all homesites to be one acre or more which seemed to go along with their motto.
