Lone Tree Real Estate Homes Sales Dec. 2009 ~ Residential Homes Eight homes sold in Lone Tree in December 2009. The sold prices ranged from $600,000 to $1,264,500. The price per square foot ranged from $159 to $351 per square foot. The total days on market ranged from 6 to 568 days. Three of the sold houses were builder owned.Three of the houses sold in Heritage Estates luxury homes community, four sold in Heritage Hills, both are gated communities, and one of the houses sold in Carriage Club. More homes were sold this November (7) than in Nov. 2008 (5). All but one of the homes sold for under $650,000. Homes are still continuing to sell better at the lower price range whereas the luxury homes are hardly moving.
