Zillow Now Owns Showing Time? What Next?According to Iman, the big news this week is that Zillow has made another acquisition. They have bought the popular showing software Showing Time for $500 million. 
This is yet another acquisition of a company that Realtors have used (and trusted) for years that contains a LOT of private data.
" We gave away the keys to the city" says Damon Chavez a top producing Luxury REMax agent in the Littleton, Colorado area about the recent Zillow move to buy Showing Time.

Honey, stop the car! No, keep on driving.It can be frustrating when you are trying to sell your house and the buyers are a no-show for their appointment to look at your house. Especially if it happens again, and again.Why don't they stop, get out of the car and get into the house?Maybe because the buyers:
already found something that they liked while looking at other houses that day, but wanted to drive-by anyway, just in case saw something they that did not like about your house or the location (yard, layout etc.) decided while driving to your house that they preferred … (9 comments)

Putting your house on the market - Showings and Pets Selling a house - Showings When you are getting ready to put your house on the market, and you have pets you need to decide where the pets will be during showings. If you have pets that are caged (birds, reptiles, hamsters etc.) or if you have a fish tank you probably do not need to make any special arrangements.
