While the warm weather may not be quite here yet, Spring has definitely sprung in the Real Estate market. I recently had a buyer ask me if the Spring market had begun yet. Yes, it most certainly has. I see new listings coming on the market every day and I see homes going under agreement every day. In the past month in Canton MA, there have been 13 homes (single family and condos) sold and 9 have gone under agreement. As of this writing, there are seven NEW listings in the MLS. Well, it is at least for now! The temperature rose to the mid-50s in Canton MA today - the warmest day since some time in November. The sun was shining & the snow was (and still is) melting. While those large snowbanks will last for a while longer and we most definitely will have more colder days, things are heading in the right direction. Red Sox Tickets Go On Sale Today - Spring Cannot Be Far Away It has been a long, cold snowy winter here in the Northeast. Every week has brought another snowstorm. Boston has had over 60 inches of snow now in the past month. That is above the amount we get on average for an entire winter - and we still have to get through February and March!
