observations: No Magic Pill

I have only been selling real estate for one year, and by many standards I have been blessed. However, I have come to the conclusion (and my opinion may change in the future) that there is no magic formula to selling one's listings. Each situation is unique and presents its own challenges. There are many ways to market a property; some work, some don't. What I am sure of is this: A home that is in good condition, or the sellers are willing to make necessary improvements before it goes on the market, and priced right (I am not talking way below … (2 comments)
