chinese real estate website: U.S. Investors Embrace Chinese Property Company - 09/22/10 04:14 PM
Sometimes it is nice to be ahead of the trends. I came across this article today from the International Property Journal echoing what we have known, and been utilizing for our client's to market their listings for the last year. It is called SouFun.
"Shares in SouFun Holdings Ltd., which runs China's largest online property site, jumped 73 percent on Friday after the company's initial public offering in the United States."

chinese real estate website: How to Post Listings on Chinese Real Estate Websites - 08/03/10 10:32 AM
Every once in awhile I like to take a look at Craig's List to see who from the U.S. is attempting to reach Chinese Home Buyer's on the Beijing or Shanghai areas of the site. The large majority of posts come from hopeful home sellers in California, Seattle, Vancouver, and NYC, but occasionally a token Kansas farmhouse will show up. Today I saw a shopping mall for sale.
While I love Craig's List here in the U.S. for selling my old furniture or an automobile, there are a few problems when using this as a tool to reach Chinese Homebuyer's browsing the internet from China.
