fayette county home inspector: U Dirty RAT - 02/17/10 01:44 AM
Some home inspectors do not take the cover (dead front) off the electric panel for safety reasons. The accepted Standards of Practice in the industry do not require removal of the cover to complete the inspection.

If you have not been to Washington DC since the Korean War Memorial was finished I recommend that you make the trip. It is a stunning memorial.

As a Vietnam veteran I have a special place for "the wall" but this memorial really touched me.

fayette county home inspector: Home Inspector's Assistant - 02/12/10 02:18 AM
Some of you larger home inspectors may need an assistant to get in tight spaces. Well, I came across a willing and physically qualified assistant that I can make available for a price!

As you can see, he has a natural curosity, invaluable in the inspection business and

a sharp eye that doesn't miss a thing! He is also physically perfect for those tight spaces that some of us have trouble fitting into and will WORK FOR FOOD!
If you are interested leave your contact info and I will call you!
