Good question. The answer is very simple. Your home is worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it. That's it. There is NO OTHER formula. Appraisers can give you an IDEA of what it might be worth, but just ask your appraiser to buy it for what they appraise it for!A Real Estate agent can give you...
