Finding Homes for Your Buyers
For months now we've struggled with making multiple offers for our buyers, competing in multiple offer situations and losing out to other better offers, and struggling to find a home for our buyers who are frustrated and disappointed.
I am a listing agent, I only work with sellers, but I once worked with buyers too, and here are a few ideas I have shared with buyer's agents on my team.
