Periodically I provide some listing and sales summaries provided by the Pikes Peak REALTOR® Services Corp. regarding some statistical data about the Colorado Springs Real Estate market for my curious clientele. When I was perusing over the PPMLS Statistics, I noticed that the total active inventory on single family/patio homes decreased 1.9% from July to August 2010.
