colorado springs listings: Colorado Springs Real Estate Market Stats – August 2009 to 2010

Periodically I provide some listing and sales summaries provided by the Pikes Peak REALTOR® Services Corp. regarding some statistical data about the Colorado Springs Real Estate market for my curious clientele. When I was perusing over the PPMLS Statistics, I noticed that the total active inventory on single family/patio homes decreased 1.9% from July to August 2010. Total Active Listings: July 5,955 August 5,839 This is the cup half-full version about the rhythm of this market. The other side shows that our listing inventory has increased 16% since last year.
