One of my favorite neighborhoods in Chandler is Thunderbird Estates. This neighborhood is located from the north-east corner of Ray Road and Hartford to the south-west corner of Knox Road and Nebraska Street. What I like most about this neighborhood is the individualized, unique and interesting style of homes. Every home you pass is different and full of personality. Almost every front view in the neighborhood is well manicured and visually appealing. The houses all stand tall with individualized confidence. I came to the Phoenix East Valley in 1989 from Chicago, and have watched the area grow and evolve over this time. I have immersed myself in all things real estate from residential sales to rentals to commercial buildings. I understand what it takes to find the right house and the process to making it home. Communication and honesty are my number one priorities in any interaction.
