Sorry Kermit but actually it is easy to start the process towards green living. A few inexpensive steps by everyone can lead to some big changes overall. As more and more consumers become aware of the threats to the environment with rising energy prices and decreasing renewable resources they are looking at their homes as an easy place to start making small changes that can help lead to a bigger impact. The market continues its slow and steady pace in Prince William County. Home sales have been fairly consistent in 2007. Of course we are well off the last 2 years but despite the continued news that we have crashed and burned it just isn't true. Sellers with realistic expectations are getting their homes SOLD and buyers need to realize that it is ALWAYS A GREAT TIME TO OWN A HOME!
