Okay that might be a stretch but if you want me to put flyers in a box outside on a post, well it's not going to happen. One of the reason is that my custom yard signs eliminate the need for a flyer box. So what about inside the house? What do you need for a buyer to walk away with?To be honest I'm torn. When an agent arrives at the home with a buyer they have already run the MLS sheet which has all of the important information on the property. Drive up and down the street of any neighborhood with multiple homes for sale and what does a buyer see? A sign on a post or a stand with the name, phone number and photo of an agent. What does that say about the house for sale? If the agent has a flyer box they can pull over and hop out of their car to grab one to read.
