With the new National Geospatial-Intellegence Agency (NGA)being built on the old Fort Belvoir Engineering Proving Ground almost 6500 employees will be working in to the Springfield and Lorton area in the next few years. For employees who will be moving to the new facility finding homes nearby will be important. Traffic in and out of NGA will be tough.
