I wish I had a dollar for every time I heard those comments from sellers and buyers. I haven't met a seller yet who says "Heck yea...let's just give it away to first person with a pulse". Likewise, I've never once had a buyer tell me they want to pay too much for a house, no matter what. In March 2011 there 28 single family residential closings in Transylvania County, compared to 15 the year before.
