I have been working with a very nice family for a few months now, helping them find a place to purchase to make their home. Right now in Southeast Florida, with inventory extremely low and many many buyers searching, this can take a little while. This nice familys' first language is Spanish but knew "a little" English. My only language is English. I took a little German in high school but it's past archived in my memory bank. Believe this or not, but I was able to find these buyers a lovely townhome. Victoria Park Recent Sales I have always loved Victoria Park in Ft. Lauderdale. To me, it represents South Florida the way it should be. When someone in New York or Michigan is reading about the Sunshine Sate, it's Victoria Parks photos that should be shown. The old time Plantation shutters on windows, the overgrown trees hanging over the streets and the ocean air you can smell. You're only blocks away from the salty sea. I am noticing more and more as I prepare comps for sellers, the prices are trending up! I look at what has sold and then at the pending and see as the clock ticks, more and more buyers are willing to pay todays prices. What I mean by todays prices is, not what properties sold for six months ago but what they are selling for today. Ofcourse, I get the buyers that show me the lowest solds and want yesterdays prices but I tell them I don't think we're going to see those prices again. Atleast not for now. Not while … (5 comments)

The Ocean is now warm enough to walk right out into without flinching once. And it has been really crystal clear mostly everyday. With the right sun block on, you can relax, unwind, read a book, take a nap and go for a dip every time you think about cooling off. I swear, if I could get away with it, this is what I would do for a living. Sun Bathe.

Poehler . . Like A Bear That's what I have to say probably 18 times a Day.Over the Phone, the person on the other side says " Did you say Terri Bolar or Foler?"And I reply "No. It's Poehler . . Like a Bear" My Colleagues in ear-shot are rolling on the Floor. They think this is great. I just roll my eyes.This the quickest way to get my last name across correctly.
