We all start the year with a bang, Have our business plan in place, exciting new ways to prospect, the whole nine yards! SO! How is your shaping up? Are your meeting, or exceeding your goals? How is the housing market in North Branch shaping up this year? Not as good as last year unfortunately. At this time last year 83 home had SOLD in North Branch with an average sale price of $216,151. This year so far 62 homes are under contract or have SOLD in North Branch for an average sale price of $209,432 Unfortunately based on these numbers the average sales price dropped 3% And market times have increased by 22% from 78.2 days in 2006 to 99.9 days in 2007. Tracy and I were out for lunch the other day, and we ran into a Real Estate Agent we know that has done a very good business in the past. So what you may say, the difference was he was our server. Not a big deal, I understand everybody has to do what they have to do too support their family. The part both Tracy and I had a hard time with was the attitude.
