I thought it might be beneficial to all of us to share what we've done for our businesses with the first month of the new year behind us now. If you did something new that seems to be working or did something that you normally put off, please share. Maybe you put yourself "out there" more and are seeing a difference or maybe you just did something for yourself that will, ultimately, add to your business.

From Wikipedia: It means that when you're in a serious situation, you have to consider doing things that you might otherwise think are unacceptable. The following is the most recent news relating to home sales. As in any business, when slow downs occur you have to start thinking outside the box. For those realtors who have not worked home staging into their listings - it is time to think outside the box. Why would you disregard something that can only help your listings; not hurt them? Why would you want your sellers to drop the sale price by 5% when home staging might only cost them 1% of their sale price (and that's depending on what they need done)?
