Top Left chart - Number of Listings
This chart shows in red the active number of listings, and in black the sold listings. Notice overall, sales have been pretty steady, with your typical seasonal uptick in the spring/summer. Number of active listings, also been fairly stable.
Bottom left chart - Absorption/market inventory

I have been working the Laveen Real Estate market for going on ten years. It has changed from my early days back in 2004, to present day 2014. Back in 2004 the Laveen real estate market was stable, but preparing for a huge appreciation in years to follow, just like the rest of the Metro Phoenix Real estate market.
