How many of you are tired of all the everyday stress, from all this nationwide turmoil, we are currently experiencing? Who is ready for it to end? What do you think is creating all this turmoil? Some things that have helped me, that I wanted to share with you. First, have no fear. Showing fear and panic does nothing to help others or yourself. Try to remain calm and take deep breaths.
