I'm sure you've seen plenty of advertisements from real estate agents mentioning that home prices in Coppell, or Flower Mound, or Lewisville, or (you name the town) are rising, and for you to fill out a form to receive your free report.
Does it sound too good to be true? Are you skeptical?
Well, let's start by re-stating what "everyone else" is saying. Yes, we are in an awesome sales market in the Dallas Metro North area, and in general, home prices have been rising.
What about the other side of the story? What about homes that don't sell at all, or sell for (0 comments)
I sometimes hear "people" say that you don't really need a real estate agent if you are having a brand new home built. "They" say that you can actually get a better deal on your own, since the builder won't have to pay an agent's commission. And, "they" say "what can go wrong - everything is brand new".
I'm sorry, but "they" are wrong!
Now, don't get me wrong, of course you "can" do it yourself. Afterall, I did it myself, well before I even thought of becoming a licensed real estate agent. And, with the knowledge I have now, I realize it (0 comments)
The popular saying "you only get one chance to make a good first impression" is especially true in real estate! With our current state of technology, most people's first impression of the home you are selling comes from the Internet, and specifically the pictures of the home.
