I'm sure you've seen plenty of advertisements from real estate agents mentioning that home prices in Coppell, or Flower Mound, or Lewisville, or (you name the town) are rising, and for you to fill out a form to receive your free report.
Does it sound too good to be true? Are you skeptical?
Well, let's start by re-stating what "everyone else" is saying. Yes, we are in an awesome sales market in the Dallas Metro North area, and in general, home prices have been rising.
What about the other side of the story? What about homes that don't sell at all, or sell for (0 comments)
We are in the midst of a critical shortage of homes in the lower price points in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro North area. We are so out of balance that we often see 30 (or more) offers coming in on a $160,000 home, with the final sales price coming in well above list price. We just do not have enough homes available for all these people!
It's not likely to get better any time soon.
