Yes there is! Spent time yesterday with a couple discovering The Villages and they had plenty of questions about all kinds of subjects, taxes, the CDD, water, electricity, pools, squares and golf. They had a hard time believing there was free golf in The Villages, Florida. So let me explain. Each home is charged an amenities fee which gives you access to everything The Villages has to offer with does include free golf on the 44 executive golf courses. Championship course do have a charge but many are happy playing the executive courses, please know they are not pitch and putt courses … (10 comments)

I requested a meeting with my broker a month ago to discuss with her the best way forward to keep growing as a REALTOR® and a team. Her suggestion was to add people that I could train for the way I want to do business, to clone myself with more agents and somebody that could relieve me of some of the clerical duties all of us get bogged down doing.
