I've been in consistent contact with a fsbo for about a month. He's trying to sell (unsuccessfully) on his own before having to pay the commission but wants me to keep in touch just in case he needs me. Today, he told me "you know some other agent told me they would list my house for 2%! That's low and pretty good, don't you think.?" Desperate and unprofessional were the words that came to my mind. Can this agent really look at him or herself in the mirror?! Why not 1%? or maybe 1/2 %!? Or how about just asking for (6 comments)
