Here is a look at our mid-year stats and what was selling in El Dorado Hills in June 2019 with the high and low home sales along with sales statistics for the month. Keep in mind that numbers and statistics used here reflect MLS sales only. Very few of the new construction homes come through the MLS. As long as our total inventory remains low, I believe our home prices will continue to rise.

We are in a lull as is normal for us this time of year but August statistics show our Average Selling Price up around 18% from last August.
