monsoon: Rainy night in Tucson

What is it about a rainy night? I feel tucked in an peaceful. Listening to the sound of rolling thunder and rain on the roof. You can almost hear the trees drinking in the much needed water and sighing in relief from the desert heat. Do you get the candles out and light them all even if the lights are still working? I do. Perfect time to play a game of cards or board game in the candle light. They call this time of year in the Tucson area "Monsoon Season" it starts around June 28th and continues (hopefully) until the … (0 comments)
