We've looked for homes in Canyon Creek for almost a year. We found some properties that were close but not exactly what they were looking for and even made offers on them and didn't win the bid on those properties. I've always said sometimes there's a reason when you don't win.... there is something out there better!

Canyon Creek original owner, friend and our accountant for over 20 years closed on his home the first day of summer. It was my pleasure to represent him. The lender for the buyer was less than punctual with closing but everyone worked together to make it happen. Sometimes it takes a village.
