It was a busy week-end! Handsome Hudson played in his basketball tournament and they ended up second in his conference. We were very proud of the team!
I listed a home that will be coming on the market in March so my sellers are busy getting ready!
Framing on a new construction home has begun for my buyers and they are very excited. Now to get their home on the market.

        Thankful Thursday ~ Always A Need For A Helping HandIn 2009 in Austin, Texas a great organization was created to provide clothing and other essentials to children in need in our Austin communities and surrounding areas.  They are called Helping Hands (HH) - their website is http://helpinghandsaustin.org.You can call them direct and the team will pick up donations and deliver them to children in need.  This is a free of charge service and one everyone should consider when choosing their favorite charity.

October is flying by and the Holidays are quickly approaching.  This year there are many who are in need of help both financially and emotionally.
What can we do in our profession as a Realto to make a difference?September, 2010 was the highest rate of foreclosures in 35 years of record keeping.

Want to make a difference in the life of some homeless in Austin?
The Salvation Army needs lots of supplies for their shelters.  They especially need NEW underwear for men, women and children of all ages and all sizes.
 
 

 
 
On Saturday, July 11, 2009 you can drop off your donations to the Walmart in Cedar Park on Hwy 1431 from 3-5pm.

There have been cutbacks in the public school system all over the country for quite some time.  The reduction of books, technology and supplies in many places are becoming crucial.  Thank goodness there is a place to go to help make a difference in the quality of the educational lives of students in our public schools.
