Well, The “Bubble” did not burst as promised by so many… Record Sales are reported again by the Toronto Real Estate board with 10,430 units sold in the whole region. This indicates a 69% increase in sales with a jump in the number of available listings to 18,900.(42%) So what does it all mean?
