This post was inspired by my friend Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland (she does that a lot, inspire me that is) who just wrote about it - writing an offer - sometimes taking a bit longer. "On occasions the clients have so much confidence in the agent... they just sign with no questions" Margaret wrote, "others need it all explained."
Margaret is right - there is no magic time-frame during which an offer must be signed.

My house is vacant and not cluttered, why should I stage it?
