Great news, if you have Canadians that want to purchase in Phoenix, I have a lender who can now lend to Canadians!!! You ask what are the requirements, well here they are; Full documentation, Foreign Credit needed, 25% down to 1 Million, 35% down to 2Million. It can only be for a second home (no investment properties). Rates start at 3.75%-5.125% (4.126%-5.79%APR). 3,5,7 and 10 year fixed and even a 30 year fixed available.
