Usually I post market reports mid-month but with a busier than normal market in early April I did not get an opportunity to post Oswego's real estate market activity for single family homes on any of my blogging platforms.
Here are the numbers:
Compared to March 2018
With only one home shy from 2018 the most important point was the increase in the days on market to a 32.9% increase from only 76 days in 2018. It was offset by the 3.7% increase in median sale price for the same time period. Did the weather have an impact? Possibly, or is the seller's market … (1 comments)
