Internet Lead Best Practices - Do you know your numbers?A previous post generated a lot of steam but as they say the proof is in the pudding.  So we can't have a discussion about "best methods"  without knowing our numbers.  Yes we can say I prefer this or I do that, but if we don't know our success ratios what does it really mean? The debate there was to call or not to call when visitors register and are required to leave their number to gain access to your site or IDX search.  The REALTOR® Mag said NO and I disagreed but there was a good split of responses on both sides and some right down the middle.   Bouncing off the enthusiasm of a previous post about the 6 Best Practices for On-Line Leads, which generated a lot of opposing views, I would like to give you the opportunity to post your numbers.It is simple if you know them.
