Are You Holiday Networking?
Are you holiday networking?  With your clients, neighbors and business associates?  Do you have a list of these people that you can refer to? 
Your clients, sure, you have a dateabase for their names and contact information.
Your neighbors and friends, should be on another database list.  You can use this list to invite them to certain events that you may host that would be helpful to them.
Business associates.  Who would they be? 
   These folks would be home inspectors, plumbers, attorneys, paralegals, electricians, car mechanic, cleaners, restaurants that you are at, frequently, roofers, contractors, pest control, etc.  Anyone that you may come in contact with on a regular basis while processing through a transaction.
You should be networking with all of the above categories of Business Associates. There is still time.  You can stop by and see them at their place of business.  Bring along hot coffee or holiday cookies.  It doesn't have to be much, just something to let them know, that you appreciate them.  When you call your business associates, in a panic, trying to solve a crisis in the middle of a transaction, these folks jump in and help you.  Nice to let them know, how ... more
