Why I love these Websites... LOVE!!

First of all - let me start by saying that I am not an employee of MyRealPage. But a blog about how much I love them is completely overdue....
I've gotta say, I've seen a lot of template websites in my real estate lifetime - I've been a paying client of both Point2 and Ubetor... MyRealPage has won my heart... here's why:
1) Nice PROFESSIONAL templates and VERY easy to work with. Of course, like anything - it's going to take a few times doing something till you really get the hang of it.. but once you do, it's really easy to use.
2) Google mapping property search - I believe you guys call is IDX search in the states - here in Canada, we call it reciprocities... same thing though.. Your clients can view all of the properties for sale in their favorite neighbourhoods (sorry guys, that's how we spell it here.) The interface is great - it's based on a google map. INNOVATIVE!! It's also worth mentioning that your listings get updated automatically instead of you having to enter them into your site.
