Short Sales Short Tales . . Afraid

Scary Decision

I get to talk almost in a daily basis to homeowners looking at the prospect of losing their own homes.
What is interesting is that most of them are only concerned of one thing
 "THE UNKNOWN"
I learned very quickly early on, people want to see what is ahead and they are afraid of the dark and uncertainty.
One of the most recent short sales presentation I gave to a mother of four children solidified this point for me.
As soon as I told her that my services does not end when we sell her house but it ends when we find her a suitable property for her family at no cost. . . and I added that we gladly take the responsibility to TIME EVERYTHING. .so she does not have to worry if she should start packing next week or next month. .
We tell our clients we are not completed in doing our job  until they are settle up in their next home. ..and then we wait patiently for their next referral:) 
"Ok, let's go forward then. ."
