Buying or selling a house can be a lot like climbing a steep mountain
Buying or selling a home will usually go one of two ways: it's smooth sailing or a rocky road. There's some in between, too, but more often than not it will be one or the other. It's the smooth transactions that have me on edge the most. When everything is just moving along without a problem I keep wondering when that shoe will drop. I'm not asking for trouble, it's just the nature of the beast beauty of the business that issues will surface that need to be resolved.
