In election years, real estate business 4th quarters levels off in many places in the country. Salida Colorado is no exception. This is a great time to supercharge my business. Luckily, I do not have to recreate the wheel  ... there are dozens of "Greats" in real estate that have proven techniques in a wide variety of arenas.  I have incorporated a few ideas from "Greats"  for this 4th quarter plan. Sphere1. Personal Notes. A long time favorite of many, personal notes were introduced to me by Brian Buffini. Among his many other great strategies for increasing and maintaining my business, I did write personal notes for 4 years and then quit for some reason. Back to the notes... 25/week.2. 33 Touch. I am adding Keller Williams 33 Touch System to keep my name in my sphere's top of mind consciousness. I just got it set up yesterday and will implement today.
