It's 3:00 a.m. .... do you know where your REALTOR is at?
It's 3:00 a.m. .... do you know where your REALTOR is at? (Oh, and to clarify, I can end my sentence with a preposition as they say the rule of not ending a sentence with a preposition is a myth. Who is "they"? I don't know but I"m going with it, despite!) I hear so much about REALTOR's not being accessible and this noted lack of communication with their customers is a number 1 customer complaint: " I never hear from my REALTOR" or "I can't get ahold of my REALTOR". So, it's 3:00 a.m. and your customer calls you - do you pick up the phone? Well, I think you have to draw the line somewhere ... anyhow, if you try to call me at 3:00 a.m. I won't be of much value, as I'll likely be fast asleep and very groggy, if you wake me. I value my customers and understand the importance of communication and being accessible when they need me. Like I said, you can't get me at 3:00 a.m. however, you can call me or email me and I'll get back to my customers promptly if I miss their call during "normal" business hours and if it's ... more
