Newport Beach CA homes on Balboa Peninsula, Balboa Island, Collins Island, Little Balboa Island, Lido Island, Bay Island, Newport Island and Balboa Coves personally received a door hanger announcing the Balboa Beach Music Fest, an all day event in Orange County, CA at Peninsula Park near the Balboa Pier in Newport Beach.
A total of 6,500 event door hangers were delivered to these Newport Beach, CA homes as a community awareness effort by team leader and Newport Beach Realtor Mary Lou Skowronski and The Divas: Camille Howarth, Cheryl Fischer, Evelyne Huegi, Janet Ray, Judy Posnikoff, Julia Ciaccio, Kathy Bambeck, Kathie Malcomb, Lisa Laing, Monica Safarik, Nancy & Craig Smith and Terri Pasquale of the Balboa Performing Arts Theater Foundation as they promote the sale of 5,000 Balboa Beach Music Fest event tickets. 
The Balboa Beach Music Fest in Newport Beach is a benefit for the foundation to launch the final phase of fundraising for the renovation of the Balboa Theater. Their goal is to create a cultural center in Balboa Village near the Newport Harbor Nautical Museum, Balbo Fun Zone and the Balboa Auto Ferry off Palm Street.
