The average price of a home in White Tail Pond is $182,340 (up from $174,500 in 2011, showing a 4.4% increase).
SO, HOW’S THE LIBERTY MARKET?
After a dip in 2011, Liberty’s median prices are up all but 2 months so far in 2012. The average sales price in Liberty is $151,000 with a good days on market trend, down to an average of 86 days (compared to 106 in 2011).
