Willow Creek Restaurant, Evergreen Colorado
 
One of the things I like to do is feature restaurants inEvergreen, Colorado. Evergreen has wonderful restaurants, and this is one of them. Willow Creek Restaurant has a high rating on Yelp. They serve in the $30 to $60 range. The wine list is amazing, an incrediblevarietywith a balance of brands and pricing to meet your desires.
Chef Curtis Lincoln, has been around, he has worked in New York and the Normandy in Denver. He has been to culinary school along with teaching in Italy and here in America. He has the knowledge to present an excellent meal that is great tasting. He goes a step further and seeks out local food suppliers from meat to fish. His effort is to have regional food sources from Colorado. While we are land locked he makes the effort to buy from Colorado fish farms. He goes that extra mile to get the meat and rabbit locally. He is part of the local network in Evergreen.
