Can We Talk Winter on the Last Week of Summer?
 
This conversation I did not think would happen on the last week of summer by any means...talking about winter and the harshness of the snow ahead.  That is why we live here in RI coastal real estate to experience the 4 seasons, right?!

 
By all account the Farmers Almanac says old man winter is not going to be gentle with RI this winter of 2014-2015.  No way!  And we all thought that last winter was one we never wanted to experience again.
 
It is suppose to be a wetter and snowier winter coming at us.  The snowiest periods will be:
Mid- and late-December Mid-January Early to mid-February The coldest periods will be:
Late December Early and mid-January  
So I think it is time to look for getaways right now while the getting is good for some place warm...why live through it again...even a 5 day getaway all inclusive is cheaper right now to book.
 Just a thought for all of you who can see the palm trees, blue waters and white warm sands right now in your dreams....  Forget about the cold for right now and enjoy the ... more
