When you are in the Norfolk, Virginia area, plan to visit the Chryslem Museum of Art for a wonderful experience.
 

THROWBACK THURSDAY A Frozen Moment Downtown From the Chrysler Collection, here's how downtown Norfolk looked in 1942. This oil-on-canvas work by Arthur March White shows the intersection of Granby and Freemason streets.
This painting was displayed in the window of Rice's Fashion Corner for International Museum Week in 1956, and in 1958 it was featured in an exhibition on why local subjects matter to museums. We believe that still holds true today.
