Something as simple as one word, not even a phrase, but honing in on just one word to clearly define your niche market can give you remarkable discipline in staying true to what your are best at when targeting your market with advertising strategies. 
That precept can be the true foundation for taking you on a straight path to successfully understanding and promoting  your niche market and what it stands for. 
Staying true to one singular concept can keep you from wandering off and muddying the marketing waters for yourself and your target audience. 
When I was thinking about this and asked myself that question about my niche market, Fishhawk Lake, my answer was easy, simple and quickly came to mind:
