Addison Property Sales For November 2016 Higher 47.5%
In November 2016 reported residential properties sold was 146, an improvement of 47.5% from 2015. Year to date there was a decrease of 4% in home sales reported in Addison in contrast to last year. There were 1507 home sales reported total this year. The number of projected housing sales in November 2016 saw a growth of 65.7%, with 164 projected housing sales total this month. Year to date projected real estate sales had a drop of 2.8%, with 1525 projected total this year. In Addison the number of new homes in November 2016 underwent an increase of 25.4%, with 148 newly listed total. In Addison year to date the number of newly listed homes in the market saw a down-slide of 1%, with 1955 newly listed homes in the market total this year. In Addison this month housing units listed under contract reached 133, a rise of 26.7% from the same point in time 2015.
