Carrollton Housing Sales For November 2016 Higher 55.9%
In Carrollton the number of recorded homes sold in November 2016 saw a gain of 55.9% in contrast to last year, with 184 recorded homes sold total this month. The number of real estate sales recorded year to date improved 2.6% from last year, with 1995 real estate sales recorded this year. In November 2016 there were 207 projected home sales in Carrollton, and this was a hike of 75.2%. Projected real estate sales year to date was up 3.8%, with 2018 projected real estate sales total this year. New property listings this month saw a gain of 17%, with 179 new property listings this month.
