In Carrollton the number of recorded homes sold in November 2016 saw a gain of 55.9% in contrast to last year, with 184 recorded homes sold total this month. The number of real estate sales recorded year to date improved 2.6% from last year, with 1995 real estate sales recorded this year. Days on market until sale in November 2016 saw an increase of 28.3% in contrast to the same month 2015, with 30 days total. In Carrollton in November 2016 percent of asking price received was up 1.3%, with 99.0 percent of asking price received total this month. Year to date the number of percent of list price received saw an uptick of 0.3%, with 99.7 percent of list price received total this year.
