Are your buyers aware.............
I specialize solely as a buyer specialist for a mega agent. My number appears on all the yard signs so I can try to capture buyers. I wanted to share with you a common occurrence I am running into with sign calls. After giving the caller a description of the property, price etc, many times they will ask if they can make an appt to see the home. The very first question I ask after their request is if they are currently working with an agent. Many times these buyers do have an agent and are NOT AWARE that they should call their agent to view the property. One thing I hear time and time again is "I do not want to bother my agent unless I know I am really interested in this house". I then reassure these buyers that they are not "bothering" their agent and explain to them procuring cause. I let them know that their agent would love to hear from them and help them in any capacity.   Tonight I had a call from a buyer about 1 of our listings.
